WakeDeck

Wake your devices from your smartphone

WakeDeck turns on your PCs with a Wake-on-LAN magic packet, straight from widgets you design yourself. One tap on your home screen, and the app does not even open.

Google Play Store: coming soon

Free for Android 8.0 and newer. No ads, no analytics, no accounts.

WakeDeck

Built around the widget

Your home screen is the remote control. Pick how it looks and where it sits.

Widgets you design

A single device, a list or a grid. Choose colors, transparency, corner radius, border, icon, text size and layout. Online and offline status updates in the background.

One tap, no app

Tap Wake in the widget itself. You can also wake from launcher shortcuts and Quick Settings tiles.

Know what is on

See which devices are online. Refresh them all with a button, or pull the list down.

Groups and Wake all

Put devices in groups, such as Office or Lab, and wake a whole group with one button.

Remote shutdown over SSH

Optional. WakeDeck signs in with a key kept in the Android Keystore. It never asks for or stores a password, and it pins each PC's host key.

Private by design

No ads, no analytics, no accounts. Your devices and settings stay on your phone, and the app only talks to the addresses you add.

Three steps

An in-app guide walks you through the PC side, for Windows and Linux.

  1. Turn on Wake-on-LAN

Enable it in your PC's BIOS or UEFI and in the network card settings. Wired Ethernet works best.

  2. Add your device

Enter a name and the MAC address. Add the IP address if you want to see its online status.

  3. Add a widget

Long-press your home screen, add a WakeDeck widget, and style it your way.

Your data stays yours

WakeDeck has no server and no account. It does not collect or share personal data. Read the short privacy policy to see exactly what is stored on your phone.

Away from home?

Use your own VPN and set the device's broadcast address to your subnet's, for example 192.168.1.255. Your VPN and router must forward it. The in-app help explains the details and the common error messages.
